2. Definitions
Seller – PINCORRECT.store s.r.o., the operator of the Canwallo app and online store.
Buyer (Customer) – a natural or legal person who places an order through the Canwallo app.
Goods – a photo canvas on a stretcher frame, produced based on a photograph supplied by the Customer.
App – the Canwallo mobile application, available on Android and iOS.
3. Order and conclusion of contract
Orders can only be placed through the Canwallo mobile app. An order is completed once payment has been successfully processed. After placing the order, the Customer receives a confirmation email at the address provided during registration.
The purchase contract between the Seller and the Customer is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed and payment is received.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the uploaded photograph does not meet the minimum technical requirements for printing, or if it contains content that infringes applicable laws (copyright, content unsuitable for publication, etc.).
4. Shipping and payment
Prices in the app are listed in Czech crowns (CZK), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping fees depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.
Online payments
Online payments are handled by the Comgate payment gateway. The service provider, Comgate a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. Payments through the gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted. More information at www.comgate.eu.
Supported payment methods
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) – payment is made directly in the app via a secure payment form. Once card details are entered and confirmed, the amount is charged immediately.
- Bank buttons– fast online payment directly through your bank's internet banking. Account number and amount are pre-filled automatically.
The order is processed only after the payment gateway confirms successful receipt of payment.

5. Production and delivery
Each canvas is produced individually based on the Customer's photograph. After receiving the order and payment, the Seller starts production. Finished goods are dispatched via our delivery partner to the address or pickup point selected by the Customer.
The Customer receives an email or SMS notification when the parcel is dispatched, including a tracking number.
6. Complaints and liability for defects
The Customer is required to inspect the parcel upon receipt. Defects caused by shipping or the production process are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months under Czech law.
Complaints can be filed by email at info@canwallo.cz. Please attach a photo of the defect and the order number. The Seller will resolve the complaint without undue delay, no later than within 30 days.
The Seller is not liable for defects caused by low quality or low resolution of the photograph supplied by the Customer, provided the Customer was informed of this fact in the app before completing the order.
7. Withdrawal from the contract
Because the goods are made to the Customer's specifications (Section 1837(d) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code), and similarly under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), the Customer cannot withdraw from the contract within the 14-day cooling-off period without giving a reason once production has begun.
The exception is when the Customer withdraws before the Seller has started production – in such cases, please contact the Seller immediately at info@canwallo.cz.
8. Copyright of photographs
The Customer declares that they are entitled to use the photograph for the purpose of producing a canvas, particularly with regard to copyright and the rights of third parties. The Seller is not liable for any infringement of copyright by the Customer.
9. Personal data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute resolution
Any disputes between the Seller and the Customer will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. A consumer Customer also has the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) or to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Note for non-Czech consumers: Under Article 6 of EU Regulation 593/2008 (Rome I), as a consumer you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. This does not deprive you of any protection granted by those rules.
11. Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from 1 April 2025. The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms; the current version is always available at canwallo.cz/podminky.
Matters not addressed by these Terms are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (the Czech Civil Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. (Consumer Protection Act), as well as applicable EU regulations.
